When you hire Sarah’s Floral Design, you get more than just beautiful flowers! We also provide:

A full design consultation to get us started, and follow up communications
We will meet for coffee or virtually to pour over the details and create a customized design plan including a color story, visual flower list and plenty of inspiration images. This is designed to give you a visual of the day, and a point of reference while you plan. We can get started whenever you’re ready ~ and we will always run through it all again as the big day approaches.

Delivery and setup
Sit back, relax and let us take care of the setup! We will deliver all personal flowers to your getting ready locations, and take care of any ceremony/ reception setup so you can enjoy your day worry free. Here we are with a full van of flowers ready to go at Bradley Estate in June of 2022!

Access to our rental items
Our clients have access to our entire rental collection, which includes items like arbors, a variety candles, votives and lanterns, drapery, columns, vases, stands and more. We are adding to our inventory all the time, so ask us if you have something specific in mind!

Assistance repurposing your ceremony flowers
Why not get a little more use out of those beautiful blooms? We are happy to return during cocktail hour to move any decor we can to the reception space. Here I am moving some flowers from OceanCliff’s pergola to the mantle while guests are mingling after the ceremony!

Love and support
We cherish the relationships we build with our couples. A wedding day is always a little bittersweet because we enjoy working with our couples so much! Luckily, we get to stay and touch and continue cheering for them even after the wedding is over :)

Pickup of rentals, breakdown & strike
Newly married and pooped from a long day of celebrating? No problem. We can come in when it’s all over to clean up any florals left, and pickup all rental items enjoyed.
